Our programs provide students with the opportunity to develop particular skills and abilities, to acquire broad knowledge and deep understanding gained by concentrating in one or more academic disciplines.
All programs, both general English language and other concentrations, prepare students to present ideas effectively, to think critically and to solve problems, to apply their knowledge to practical situations, to deal responsibly with questions of human values, and to demonstrate leadership in their professions and communities.
Education at Raffles Design Institute, Tianjin is designed specifically to help students learn to:

• Make use of diverse historical and artistic contexts to understand other cultures - as well as their own.

Academic strengths
RTJ has particular strengths in the fields of business, Fashion Design, and Multi-Media Design. The most popular programs are in Business Administration, Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing, Graphic Design, and Interactive Media Design. Available programs are full, part time, and distance learning, and are delivered on and off campus. Over 90 percent of our programs are vocational; focusing on practical experience, giving students the knowledge and skills that employers seek.
